What’s your Minimum Order Quantity?
Our MOQ is 100 units per model, not more than 2 colors.
A 20-foot container is recommended.
What’s your payment terms?
We accept T/T wire transfer, L/C，western union among others. Just tell us your thoughts, we will try to cooperate with you.
No matter what payment method you choose, you can pay 30% to start the production, and pay the rest 70% before shipping.
During the production process, we will send you photos. For most bicycle models, the packing method is 85% SKD. The carton size varies according to the bicycle size.

What currencies do you accept?
We only accept USD and CNY.
Can I get a sample bike before the production?
We understand that bike quanlity is very important for our clients. A bike have many parts, all of which need to be of good quality and be assembled carefully.
The best way to check a bike’s quality is to see the sample in person. We’ll be very glad to offer you a bike sample, you may need to pay for it.
There are two circumstances:
1. The sample bike is one of our in stock models. In this case , you will only need to pay for the bike cost and international shipping fee.
2. You want us to help you develop your own models. In this case, our engineers will have to work very hard. New model developing needs more time and energy, but with no profit at all. You will have to pay a sample making fee and international shipping.
That’s why we suggest you to choose from our in stock bikes.
What’s your lead time?
Usually we need 30~60 days to finish the production. Sometimes, we may need to discuss detailed issues, like parts and others, the production time may takes longer. We can discuss it.
What do you think of your bike quality?
Welding is the most important part of the production process. That’s why we only hire workers with more than 20 years welding experiences.
We describe our bikes strictly according to the facts. Some bike factories use recycle steel as their material, we never do that. As you can see, BikingHolic® is a registered brand, we do this because we care about our business reputation.

Can I print my own logo on the bikes you made?
Yes. We accept OEM/ODM orders all year round.
Just give us your logo design, we’ll be very glad to satisfy your needs.
What if I don’t know how to import from China?
Don’t worry. Purchasing from China factory is definitely a smart choice.
Feel free to ask our sales person when facing problems, we’ll be very glad to help you out.
